Tambov, a city located in the center of the Tambov Region in Russia, is known for its fertile chernozem soils that contribute to the region's prosperous agricultural industry. Recently, a task was undertaken to design a showroom for agro-technical equipment that would reflect the regional characteristics and modern architectural trends. The design of the showroom took into consideration the lack of existing architectural fabric and aimed to create a unique structure. The final design resembles a field cultivation fixture surrounded by grain fields. The facility consists of a single-story warehouse block and a three-story service station and office block, both united by a main architectural form that includes an exposition hall flowing into a canopy over the outer exposition area. The main materials used in the project include tinted face concrete, textured concrete, glass, and profiled metal sheets. The project aims to move away from the standard techniques of a showroom, increasing the architectural value for the city, and providing a higher level of service for the average person. Currently, the project is in the stage of developing working documentation.
