The ladder space of the belvedere is intentionally devoid of windows: nothing distracts you from the music that comes from the concert stage in the atrium and from the sounds of the building itself. The higher the visitor ascends, the darker and quieter it becomes: the effect is achieved not only by walking away from the source of music, but also due to the narrowing of the openings. The last spiral of the stairs – is an absolutely dark and soundless space. From here you can go to the observation deck: sunshine, spectacular views, park noise, smells – all this is perceived brighter in contrast. At the same time the playground is detached from the bustle that reigns below: here you can stay alone by yourself and feel the surrounding park in a completely different way.
