Cottage village in Sochi

The territory of the settlement is located in the middle zone between Greater Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana. The plot has an active relief, giving all buildings a multi-level, compact structure. The site is bounded by woodland on one side and the National Park on the other. There was a task to maintain privacy both inside the house and on the plot, as well as to open up views to scenic spots, including the Black Sea. This is how the structure of the houses came into being, grouped by type and forming a unified composition. This approach allows to provide a comfort stay for residents, and the varied but laconic architectural forms avoid creating a monotonous space. An additional element of privacy includes architectural volumes: chimneys, barbecue areas, and also landscape elements. Inkerman stone, cut in a crossbar format, was used for cladding.
