Hotel on the Black Sea coast

We worked on the reconstruction of the existing building, which is located on the bay and is a part of the city panorama. It consists of two units: one with room funds and another where a restaurant, spa complex and rooftop pool are located. We carried out deep research into the historical context of the area during the development of the redesign concept. We sought to carefully preserve the original architecture of the building and use local stone for the facades. This approach allows us to create a contemporary image that is deeply connected to history and respects the context of the area.
