The house near Starocherkassk (Starocherkasskaya Riviera)

The house is located in the elite suburban village “Starocherkasskaya Riviera” – a picturesque area situated on the coast of the river Don, not far from it - is the main Cossack capital Starocherkassk. The modern style of the house is determined by clean and laconic structures and materials. The walls of the house are made of the longformat bricks combined with a timber cladding. Compositional elements made of bricks, enclosing the terrace, connect the house with the garden. The design of the roof is very interesting: the trusses were left open, thus it seems that the roofing is floating above the walls. Another peculiar element is the water drainage: it was designed in a form of chains, which during the rain become almost invisible.
