Cottage village in Tivat

The settlement is located in Montenegro, in Tivat city, and is susceptible to seismic activity. It is situated in a mountainous area, however, offers a beautiful view of the sea. Strict conditions were taken into account in the design. The first feature is the pronounced relief: the entrance group is located on one level, while the single space which includes the living room and kitchen is on the upper floor, which allows you to enjoy the view from the terrace. The second important point is the compliance with the rules and regulations of construction according to characteristics of Tivat, as well as the requirements for the stylistic and visual perception of the houses, using certain materials that match with the local style. The settlement consists of 7 houses with landscaping in a closed park area. All buildings are made of light-colored local stone, and wooden sliding shutters are provided to protect from the scorching southern sun. Each house has a terrace with a small summer kitchen and a swimming pool.
