The hotel complex Romantik

The location of the project is in the heart of the ski resort in the village of Arkhyz. Here, guests can enjoy the beauty of nature, views to the mountains, and snow-covered forests directly from their rooms. The main hotel building, going down by layers from the slope, is a monolithic stone stylobate, which is tectonic and indestructible. It contains the entire main number of rooms of the building. The top floor of the presidential rooms crowned with broad pitched roofs with chimneys to smooth the rudeness and brutality of the stylobate. We located the spa complex on the ground floor of the structure. It has direct access to the street, where the main dominating element is the pool. It cuts the space from the outside. And also, the spa serves as a physical connection between nature and the interior of the hotel.
