The house in Gelendzhik

The location of the house on the Black Sea coast provides a calm and cozy atmosphere, where you want to return after living in a noisy city. Сonsidering the location, it was necessary to create an architecture that would fit into the existing landscape and could show beautiful views as much as possible. Strict geometric volumes create a dynamic composition of the building as a whole. The stone masses arranged in such a way that more personalized areas located in them, and the spaces between these volumes create public rooms. Building blocks combine glass walls through which the internal structure of the house becomes visible. Green patios, which built into the house, create a chiaroscuro, and when sunlight passes through the plants, the interior of the house becomes lively and charming. The strict and monumental architecture is softened and compensated by the lush vegetation of the area, in which perennial conifers can combine with bamboo and ferns. While project elaboration, we try to work out every element, so that any detail connects with the environmental context, and with the style of the house itself. And contrasting elements such as barriers, fence elements complement the composition and serve as an integral part of it.
