We reflected the complicated layout structure as the complex volumes of this house. The territory characteristics played a key part in the composition and the selection of facade concepts. It was important to reserve a view spot to the Taganrog Bay, and locate the house on the backside of the site while creating a cozy patio in front of the building. A large atrium space in the center of the house unites the monumental volumes in a single composition. We finished the supporting wall with crossbeam bricks, which supplement the showiness to the overall facade plastics.
