The house in Ust-Koysug

The village situated in Rostov region, near to the river Don. The parcel located on the cost and has a sufficiently difficult configuration. These conditions and desire to direct to the utmost the important rooms of the house to the river, this had influenced the architecture of the building. There is a guest-room in the center of the house. The simple volumes of the kitchen, bedroom and other rooms create its plastic. Repeating the configuration of the parcel, they create an intimate garden with the lake and open the center of the building to the river. The huge panoramic windows, made from curved glass, connect the interior area with the exterior world. For facing we had chosen the light brick. It highlights the plastic of the facade and gainfully marks the transitions of light and shadow.
