Glamping plan

Kolasin is a city in the northern part of Montenegro at the foot of the Belasica and Sinyajevina mountain ranges, in the upper reaches of the Tara River.High mountain slopes covered with dense forests and clear lakes make the region a place for active and contemplative recreation. The climate is continental, with cool summers and snowy winters. There was a need in the city to create a complex that could combine a recreational, wellness and hotel structure attractive to tourists. The studio designed a complex consisting of 13 main functional blocks.: - 48-room apartments - 5,200 sq.m . - Wellcome office - 1,150 sq.m . - Sports complex - 2,100 sq.m . - 120-room hotel complex with a total area of 11,000 sq.m. - Restaurant on the water - 6,100 sq.m . - SPA - 2,100 sq.m . - Living cells for 25 rooms with a total area of 5,700 sq.m. - Restaurant on the hill - 1,600 sq.m . - Bar - 720 sq.m . - 5 duplex villas with a total area of 2,000 sq.m . - 15 2-storey duplex villas with a total area of 4,400 sq.m . - Clubhouse - 950 sq.m . - 20 villas - 4,800 sq.m. The facility combines traditional elements of both authentic architecture and modern design trends: stained glass windows, the active inclusion of geoplastics in the image of the building, the use of exposed concrete as a finishing finish. At the moment, the site is being actively prepared for construction: laying roads, engineering networks, excavation and foundation laying. The project must not only meet modern quality standards and criteria of the hotel business, but also respect the environment in which it is located: during the design process, employees were in continuous dialogue with local specialists in order to competently fulfill all the requirements put forward by local authorities for the decoration, height and configuration of the building, the proportions of the main elements and the environmental characteristics of the facilities under construction.
