The house landscape in Sochi

The house situates on the mountains, on the verge of Sochi National Park. The soft climate of the region and difficult relief of the parcel had become the base for this project, and its architecture had three close connections with surrounding nature. The most spectacular part of the house — the terrace, where opens the panorama of the city and marine horizon. In this space, we transferred several functions: the dinner-room, summer kitchen and relax zone with sun lounger. We settled a little grot with water near to the dining room. There is a swimming pool on the second floor inside the house. During the warm season, it becomes the part of the landscape, in virtue of huge extension windows.
